Recipe of Homemade Iced Tea

We are here with a great drink recipe that will refresh you on hot summer days. “Iced tea” is a beverage that has been in high demand since the day it appeared. While still in the markets, we are constantly witnessing that people demand this drink. We have had alternatives, to brands take over the market of course, but the homemade tea is more attractive.

Why homemade ice tea?

Because everything you do at home is under your control. For example, if you are cooking, you know the ingredients you put in, the amount, the taste. It is best to prepare drinks such as ice tea at home. Food preservatives and all kinds of harmful effects of the preservatives in it will affect you rather than healing. Therefore homemade ice tea is ideal.

Let us make our homemade ice tea;

Ingredients;

  • 2 and a half cups (water glass) of brewed tea,
  • 3 peaches,
  • 7 cups of water,
  • 1 glass of sugar,
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon salt,
  • 1 lemon,

How to Make Ice Tea at Home?

First, cut the three peaches into large pieces and put them in a pot. Put 7 glasses of water on it and boil it.

Then, brew 2 tablespoons tea with 3 cups of water.

When the peaches get soft, take it from the furnace. Wait for 20 minutes and filter through a thin cheesecloth. Add the tea in the same way (i.e. by filtering)

Add 1 cup of sugar, lemon salt and lemon divided into 4 parts and mix them.

After it’s cool, let’s put it in the fridge.

The next day, let’s get the lemons. (The taste may be heavier if you wait)

Try to consume within 2 days at the latest. Because it is not good to wait.
