- 1 large-sized onion
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of beef broth

How to Make Gravy:
- Ingredients used in gravy must be natural. In other words, for both beef and chicken broth, you should boiled water i.e you should boil. You can use beef and chicken broth previously boiled and kept in the freezer. Turkey can be used instead of chicken broth.
- First, peel the onion and grate with the help of rondo. Filter its bitter water and leave the remaining grater on the plate.
- Melt the butter and add the flour. Roast the flour continuously on low heat but be careful not to burn it. When the flour starts to roast, add the onion grater. After the flour changes color and turns brown, add the meat and chicken broth. Then add spices and go on to mix it on low heat and allow to boil. After the sauce is thoroughly thick, take it from the furnace and filtered it through a fine strainer. Gravy is ready.
