Yogurt can be applied to the skin, and masks to be prepared by adding some other substances and can be applied to the skin. By applying yogurt to the skin for a few minutes every day, you can get good results. It is also possible to make a skin mask by mixing yogurt with lemon juice and oatmeal. Keeping the mask on the skin 15 minutes is enough.
Whitening the Skin Color with Lemon Juice
Lemon tightens the pores in oily skin and helps in the formation of new skin cells with vitamin C content and whitening of the skin. Squeeze the juice of a lemon and apply to the whole face and wait 15-20 minutes after washing the face. This application should be repeated every day. You can make a mask by mixing 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of rose water and 1 teaspoon of Fuller soil and achieve effective results by keeping it for 15-20 minutes on the skin. If you have dry skin, you can be mixed one teaspoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of olive oil and wash your skin for 10-15 minutes. However, after applying lemon juice, it is inconvenient to go to the sun.
Whitening the Skin Color With Rice Flour
Rice flour is a very effective method for whitening the skin. It moisturizes the skin and prevents aging. For this, half or a cup of uncooked rice should be powdered and mixed with a little milk or water until it becomes paste-like. The mixture should be repeated 2-3 times a week and kept on the skin for 20 minutes.
