Chinese Rice Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 medium-size carrot
  • ½ cup of pea
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter (2 tablespoons)
  • Sesame (2 tablespoons)
  • Soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (1 tablespoon)
  • Black pepper (1 tablespoon)

How to Make It?

First, put water and vinegar in a medium-size pot to boil. When it boils, put the rice into the water, boil it for 8-10 minutes more and take it from the heat before the rice is softened. Strain the rice and let it wait on aside.

Chop onion and carrot and chop the white onion finely like a matchstick. And then put all of them with peas in a large pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the oil and the rice. Cook them together for another 4-5 minutes and add sesame and soy sauce.

For the sauce, grate one natural ginger into a tea glass of red wine vinegar. Add this sauce little by little drop in the vegetable rice.

Add a little oil to another pan, break the eggs, cook until the yolk has solidified. Put these eggs in the vegetable rice which is roasted on the furnace and mix together for 2-3 minutes and take it from the heat. The roasting time can be extended if you love the vegetable overcooked.

If you wish, you can also add meat to rice. To do this, sauté chicken or chopped meat in a little oil in a pan for 5-6 minutes. Add a little salt and pepper, fry for another 5-6 minutes and take it from the heat. If you prefer your meat well-done cook longer, but add a little more oil while roasting so that the meat does not burn.

Prepare a mustard sauce for the meat. In a deep bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of raw cream with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of mustard and beat well. Finally, add 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper and beat it again with a fork or inside the food processor.
